Care & Maintenance
Exterior cleaning:
Ensure the oven is completely cool before cleaning. Use a noncaustic, bleachfree cleaning spray on dirty areas. Do not use abrasive cleaners such as Pink Stuff or Bar Keepers Friend. Clean with warm soapy water and a sponge or nonabrasive dish cloth, then wipe dry with paper towels. The flue can be removed for easier cleaning.
Interior cleaning:
The best way to clean the inside of Arc is by burning off food residue. When the oven reaches temperatures above 350C, it enters a selfcleaning phase. Any burnton food or soot will naturally burn away after approximately three hours.
