Each board is hand-crafted locally out of hardwood. The board is two-sided, one side with a logo and juice grooveto trap juices and keep them from spilling during carving, the other side has no juice grooveor logo and is a beautifuloption for plating or serving. Smallnotches have been carved out to create handleswhich allow easier transport.These boards are heavy duty and can last a lifetime! We recommend seasoning occasionally with mineral oil for longevity.
