The meat clamps are easy to quickly attach to the spit and securely hold the food. Consider adding a double-sided meat clamp (FK101E) to accommodate more meat cuts. To successfully use the rotisserie spit, a wind deflector (A4242E) and a grill motor (MA3560) are also required.
